Method For Verifying Human Identity During Electronic Sale Transactions

A patent has been issued for a technique enabling an invisible tattoo to be placed under the skin of a consumer purchasing goods and services online, according to a report2 published by computer giant Compaq. The patented procedure, titled, "Method For Verifying Human Identity During Electronic Sale Transactions," was developed by Houston inventor Thomas W. Heeter. His patent -- bearing U.S. Patent No. 5,878,155 and granted in March 1999, "describes how people can be identified for eCommerce transactions by invisible barcodes tattooed on their skin." The patent identifies invisible tattoo ink that is currently available commercially, according to the Compaq report. According to Heeter's abstract, "a barcode or a design is tattooed on an individual. Before the sales transaction can be consummated, the tattoo is scanned with a scanner." "Characteristics about the scanned tattoo are compared to characteristics about other tattoos stored on a computer database in order to verify the identity of the buyer," the abstract says. "'Once verified, the seller may be authorized to debit the buyer's electronic bank account in order to consummate the transaction. The seller's electronic bank account may be similarly updated."

The U.S. government continues to expand its plans to setup a nationalized concentration camp system under the guise of emergency management. FEMA has already come a long way in establishing their concentration camp system, but now it looks as if they might be trying to figure out a way to transport people to these facilities. A disturbing revelation from a FEMA official confirmed that the institution is looking at ways to use passenger trains to get elderly and sick people out of harms way during an emergency situation. According to an Associated Press report, FEMA official Glenn Cannon made these revelations testifying in front of a congressional subcommittee in New Orleans. Although this might seem like a relatively minor development, it is actually very serious considering preparations the U.S. government has already made for martial law and the establishment of FEMA run concentration camps. Looking back in history, the Nazis used trains to transport large groups of Jews to concentration camps where many of them were put to death. It appears as if FEMA is moving in the direction of setting up a similar transportation system that could take not just the sick and elderly but all sorts of people to these concentration camps.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency may expand use of passenger trains to evacuate the elderly and sick if hurricanes threaten the Gulf Coast. FEMA official Glenn Cannon today testified before a congressional subcommittee in New Orleans. Cannon says FEMA is looking at passenger trains as a method to get people with physical impediments out of harm’s way. New Orleans has become something of a guinea pig for train evacuations. After 2005’s Hurricane Katrina, Amtrak was hired to be on hand if another hurricane struck — to evacuate people with special needs. Cannon says FEMA is now devising disaster plans for other Gulf Coast cities based on the New Orleans model. City officials say Congress and FEMA should create a national plan to use trains in disasters. According to this report, it appears as if New Orleans was a test model to setup train evacuations. Cannon even admits that FEMA is devising similar disaster plans based off of the New Orleans model. With city officials saying that Congress and FEMA should create a national plan to use trains to transport people in emergency situation, this should immediately draw a great deal of concern. The U.S. government and FEMA failed to help people during Hurricane Katrina, so why should we put any trust in what they are doing now with these train evacuations? Cannon says that this is only for the elderly and the sick, but can this really be believed? In fact, considering the track record of FEMA, the true purpose of this organization appears not to be a vehicle to help people during an emergency, but instead to ensure government continuity and be the administrative and executive arm of the government during a martial law scenario. During the Iran Contra hearings in the 1980s, the existence of a plan called Readiness Exercise 84 (Rex 84) was revealed. Rex 84 outlined a plan for concentration camps which would be placed under the operational control of FEMA should martial law need to be implemented. It is a matter of public record that a number of these concentration camps do exist. In fact there are even some reports indicating that there are hundreds of these FEMA run concentration camps. Video of these concentration camps indicate that they have fences with barb wire pointing inward so people that are in the camps can’t get out. Also, many of these concentration camps are accessible via rail which will allow them to conveniently transport large amounts of people into these facilities. The fact that we already have concentration camps in the United States many of which are accessible by rail makes it pretty obvious what these people have in mind. They need to have a system in place to transport large amounts of people to these concentration camps during a martial law scenario. All the evidence indicates that they are in fact setting up a concentration camp system for this purpose and it is comparable to what the Nazis setup in Germany. Whatever you do, do not go to a government run FEMA camp. If you do, you might end up dead like the Jews in the Nazi death camps.

Church Organization Refuses To Divulge If Pastors Are On FEMA Payroll Member expressed concerns about martial law training, told information was “privileged” Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com Monday, February 2, 2009 A large church organization has refused to divulge how many of its pastors are on the FEMA payroll, after a member expressed concerns about religious leaders being used to condition their congregation to accept the declaration of martial law. In a May 2006 story we first broke the shocking news that FEMA was training pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to “obey the government” in preparation for a declaration of martial law, property and firearm seizures, and forced relocation. I was also a bit put off by the word “privileged.” “I responded to the stated email and reworded my request slightly by demanding, “are there ANY of our pastors on the payroll of FEMA , YES or NO.” Their first response came after about an hour. But, it has been almost 24 hours and I am still waiting for my church’s second response to my second request,” he adds. It seems that church groups are reticent to let slip any information concerning the issue of pastors being trained to help manage a state of martial law following the controversy stirred up by the exposure of the program in 2006. Indeed, the pastors that took a risk by first divulging the information to us were later threatened by Homeland Security and told to keep their mouths shut. With new legislation in Congress pending that will mandate the set-up of a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency, along with the announcement that tens of thousands of active military personnel are to be placed inside the United States under Northcom, partly for purposes of dealing with “civil unrest” and “crowd control”, fears about a state of martial law being prepared are no longer the fantasies of paranoid conspiracy theorists, but an all too real possibility as we move towards the end of the first decade of the 21st century.

The reason for the switch from analog to digital tv may have something to do with the following:

The age of deception is here and thanks to digital technology it is now even easier to fool people in mass numbers. Seeing & hearing is no longer worth believing when it comes to digital technology. A photograph, a video, and almost any sound can be digitally manipulated to show something that is not really there. This leads us to the topic of why the US will be switching all broadcasts from analog to digital. The answer is a two part answer; first, the most obvious reason is because with digital broadcasting, it would be incredibly easy to manipulate a live image. So what does that mean, you may ask? That means that they can show you for instance a “terrorist act” taking place that really never took place and then use the images as proof of why we must retaliate and go to war with a particular nation. This is very dangerous stuff. Another reason why the switch from analog to digital is taking place, is a more malignant reason, and as reason # 1, most people are not aware of it and they should. Undisclosed sources, experts on reverse technology have stated that any television set manufacture after 1995 has the capability not only to receive a broadcast signal, but to also send one. That’s correct, any television manufactured after 1995 already has a built in feature to send a broadcast signal from your living room of live images of what’s happening in your home. You may ask, how can this be possible? Its really not as far fetched as you may think, experts say that anything that is built for one particular purpose, can in deed be reconfigured to perform the exact opposite. For instance, a car is built to drive forward but it can also go backwards, a blowing machine used to blow leaves can actually be reconfigure to do a sucking function. I believe we call those “vacuum cleaners” OK, but how could they pull off such operation of such magnitude? (You may ask) - Well, they did this in stages. The first stage was to begin manufacturing these TV sets with hidden cameras either behind the picture tube or on the remote sensor area. Next, they would need to change the communication wiring network system to make it possible to receive multiple signals from multiple locations.

Well, you might remember that that’s been accomplished too. The system is called fiber optics and it’s been wired everywhere, phone lines and broadcasting lines in which are joined in one gigantic digital communication network. Now, since they know that they won’t be able to spy and monitor people through an older television set model, their solution is ingenious. You simply won’t be able to watch any television programming until you either, buy a newer set which already comes equipped to monitor you, or until you buy their TV box converters in which will come equipped with the same technology implanted on the newer TV models that will facilitate their monitoring of you by watching you in your own home! Can’t afford a digital converter box? Don’t worry, the government has millions of coupons that will assist you in getting one! In other words, they want to be able to monitor every single one of us through hidden cameras in which will be installed on these devices to see and hear all that you do in the privacy of your own home. This is called “New World Order”. In communist countries like Cuba, if you say something that the government doesn’t like, a secret police will report you to the higher authorities and you will be whisked away and no one will see or hear from you again. Why aren’t they doing that now? Well, the fact is that the carpet is being laid folks, and they will do just that in due time. The US constitution would have to be totally destroyed and some of you might already know that is already being accomplished. With the help of the media in which the NWO owns, people’s minds are being reshaped, controlled, and manipulated, in what they see, hear, or should believe is right, wrong, true, or false. This is a fascist state known as the New world order, where your privacy, rights, and privileges will be gone like a thief in the night. Its so outrageous that they see you (the average citizen) as one dumb sheep. If they tell you is good, then you better believe it. Comcast has jumped in the ban wagon assisting the NWO by openly admitting that they are installing cameras on their new Comcast cable boxes. They claim that this is to “serve you better” of course. You see, because once you approach your television set, your TV will recognize you and pull all of your favorite TV programming ready for your viewing pleasure. Come on! Who writes the scripts for these people, and why do they insist we we are as dumb as a door knob? The fact is that be ready to be insulted, demoralized, ridiculed, and who knows what more, because you are a thinking person and have common sense. The NWO, don’t like that one bit, so they will do their best to discredit the sources that produce truth. Folks, this is happening every day. Chemtrails

What's the difference between a jet contrail and a chemtrail? According to the U.S. Air Force, jet contrails form above 33,000 feet when hot engine exhaust momentarily condenses ice crystals into pencil-thin vapor trails that quickly vanish like the wake behind a boat. Chemtrails (CTs) look like contrails initially, but are much thicker, extend across the sky and are often laid down in varying patterns of Xs, tick-tack-toe grids, cross-hatched and parallel lines. Instead of quickly dissipating, chemtrails expand and drip feathers and mare s tails. In 30 minutes or less, they open into wispy formations which join together, forming a thin white veil or a "fake cirrus-type cloud" that persists for hours. In August 2000, chemtrail watchers began to report "more normal" appearing or nearly invisible jet sprays. However, these reports go on to include cloud formations dripping the feathers and mare s tails just as the chemtrails do. It s our belief that the operation has adjusted the chemtrail mix as word about the phenomenon is spreading and as more and more people are looking up. Observant chemtrail watchers continue to see the "fake cirrus-type clouds" on top of and surrounding real cumulus clouds. Who is doing the spraying? Witnesses have documented and photographed military KC-135s and KC-10s and white, unmarked jets. Airport personnel and pilots have also confirmed specific commercial airliners to be leaving the long lasting chemtrails. What's in the chemtrails, and why are they spraying us? We wish we knew. There are only a few planes in the world that have the equipment to analyze the spray mix and can get to the CT altitudes, clearance must be obtained to fly into the trails and money must be raised for the $22,000 per day plane rental fee. There may be several programs working at the same time. Possibilities include atmospheric and weather modification and biowarfare. Many theorize that it s part of a clandestine operation to implement the New World Order (NWO) by eliminating society s "useless eaters" and the infirm and/or to reduce the population to a support level for the "elite". Originally, it was thought to be mass inoculation for possible biowarfare attack; this theory has been ruled out with the increase of sicknesses and illnesses in the CT paths.Edward Teller's (inventor of the hydrogen bomb) proposal to reduce global warming to the U.S. involves spraying minute aluminum particles to deflect the sun s harmful ultraviolet rays but still allow the Earth s heat to rise through them. This seems to be supported by rainwater tests after heavy spraying in Espanola, Canada which contained 7 times the allowable limit of aluminum. In this instance, the areas with the least ultraviolet protection, as in the Southwest, would be the heaviest sprayed. Most often, this does not seem to be the case. Generally, spraying increases as clouds build. Chemtrails may be the reason that over half the world and over half the U.S. have been experiencing drought for the past 2 years. Witnesses have reported watching chemtrails fall through cumulus clouds, leaving the real clouds "skinny" and within a few minutes totally gone. Typically, storm clouds build and mix with the chem ingredients, resulting in a grey, uniform "mucky" sky which doesn t rain. The real clouds disappear, leaving behind the chem formations which were on top of the storm system.
Another possibility is barium salt mixtures. The Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation (VTRPE) shows pilots what nearby radar systems can and cannot see under different terrain and atmospheric conditions. It was tested and perfected after aerosol barium titanate salt mixture was released from military aircraft, forming chemical trails in the atmosphere across America. Barium salts were also used in Libya, Panama and Desert Storm where they were sprayed and exploded overhead to make the people extremely sick and weak. It s a radioactive material that accelerates and magnifies the effects of other mix ingredients by altering the chemical structure of the other agents. A spectrum analysis reveals only the barium compounds and hides the "bad stuff" by placing a shell around it. After time, it releases the other agent. Think of it as a time release death pill. What do the governments say about Chemtrails? No governmental agency of any country will confirm that spraying activity is occurring. Most often requests are ignored. The U.S. Air Force has explained that they routinely dump fuel over populated areas to reduce weight prior to landings. More recently, the Environmental Protection Agency states that it may be pesticide spraying. Generally, officials explain it away as increased commercial jet traffic. However, this does not explain why areas with no commercial flight paths overhead are also seeing these long lasting plumes. Some citizens have been told by government "to keep it quiet". Why would our government authorize such a program when they live here too? Money talks and corporate dollars influence our legislators and officials. In 1997, the year of disasters, insurance companies paid $92 billion in weather disaster-related claims. Teller stated that his weather modification program would cost only $1 billion per year. Research into a NWO takeover reveals a heavily funded and incredibly powerful elite group of individuals that most are afraid or unwillingly to go up against. We also know that informed citizens can take precautions to offset the effects of CT spraying by limiting time outdoors on spray days and by building their immune systems with vitamins, herbs, Colloidal Silver and other therapies. Why do you think the cirrus clouds in the sky aren't real? Cirrus clouds are high altitude clouds, formed above 20,000 feet and consist of ice crystals. They precede a storm or are in the jet stream. Cumulus clouds are formed in lower altitudes, 6,500 to 20,000 feet. These 2 cloud formations are seen together at the lower altitudes of 9,000 to 15,000 feet in extreme drought conditions. This goes against the laws of nature. Also significant is the "white ground haze" that can be seen from horizon to horizon with clear blue sky overhead. How long has this spraying been occurring? Cloud books confirm that tests have been conducted since the 1960s. Old photographs show sporadic CTs dating to the early 1970s with the activity steadily increasing throughout the 1980s. Since 1998, citizens throughout the world have documented spray patterns on a nearly daily basis, with an average of 1 "clear" day per week. We have all become accustomed to these changes as they ve been introduced bit by bit and have presumed them to be normal. Younger generations have never seen normal weather and clouds. Why should we be so concerned about Chemtrails? A "flu-like" epidemic is on the rise which the Centers for Disease Control says may be due to some "unknown pathogen". From their May 6, 2000 Influenza Summary Update, 11 out of every 100 newly dead people have died from this "Influenza-Like Illness", but 99% of sick patients have tested negative for the flu. The most prevalent symptoms reported by witnesses in the wake of these white plumes are: Persistent hacking coughs, upper respiratory and intestinal distress, pneumonia, extreme fatigue, lethargy, dizziness, disorientation, splitting headaches, aching joints and muscles, nosebleeds, diarrhea, bloody stools, depression, anxiety, loss of bladder control and nervous tics. The elderly, young and those weakened by disease or in poor physical condition are the first to feel the CT effects.

On June 5, 2005, FX Networks aired a movie called Oil Storm. The movie started out with a hurricane hitting Louisiana right before labor day. New Orleans was evacuated and the Super Dome was opened up as a shelter. The hurricane in the movie was a category 4 and over a thousand people died. It is pretty ironic that right before Labor Day Hurricane Katrina was heading towards Louisiana.

In 2001, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) ranked the most likely and probable disasters that could befall the United States The list was announced at a conference on September 10. The next day was 9/11.

These deadly disasters foretold were:

1. Terrorist attack on New York

2. An earthquake in San Francisco

3. A hurricane hitting New Orleans

On the very next day following this FEMA prediction, the attacks of 9/11 occurred, the twin towers and the Pentagon were attacked precisely as the Illuminati Card Game predicted back in 1995. Obviously, #1 and #3 on this list have already occurred. Therefore, one has to worry that an unprecedented earthquake on the west coast might be next on the "hit list" of the Illuminati. How are the times that we live in today any different from the days of Noah? People are still eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, just as it has been for centuries, so there has to be more going on in the world prior to the return of Jesus Christ than just those things. Take a look at just what was going on in the days of noah:

The difference is that the sons of God (fallen angels) were corrupting the seed of mankind. That is exactly what is going on in the world today with people being abducted by aliens. These abductees report having sexual experimentation done on them and women report becoming pregnant by them. Now, take a look at this next passage in the bible. 1. Otober 30, 1991: The Perfect Storm: As President
George H. W. Bush is opening the Madrid (Spain) Conference
to consider “land for peace” in Israel’s Middle East role, the
“perfect storm” develops in the North Atlantic,
creating the largest waves ever recorded in that
region. The storm travels 1000 miles from “east to
west” instead of the normal “west to east” pattern and
crashes into the New England Coast. Thirty-five foot
waves crash into the Kennebunkport home of President
Bush.

2. August 23, 1992: Hurricane Andrew—When the Madrid
Conference moves to Washington DC and the peace talks
resume, Hurricane Andrew, the worst natural disaster
ever to hit America, comes ashore and produces an
estimated $30 billion in damage and leaving 180,000
homeless in Florida.

3. January 16, 1994: Northridge Earthquake—President
Bill Clinton meets with Syria's President Hafez
el-Assad in Geneva. They talk about a peace agreement
with Israel that includes giving up the Golan Heights.
Within 24 hours, a powerful 6.9 earthquake rocks
Southern California. This quake, centered in
Northridge, becomes the second most destructive
natural disaster to hit the United States, behind
Hurricane Andrew,

4. January 21, 1998: Lewinsky Scandal—Israeli Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu meets with President
Clinton at the White House and is coldly received.
Clinton and Secretary of State Madeleine Albright
refuse to have lunch with him. Shortly afterwards on
that day, the Monica Lewinsky scandal breaks into the
mass media and begins to occupy a major portion of
Clinton's time.

5. September 28, 1998: Hurricane George—As Secretary
of State Albright works on the final details of an
agreement in which Israel would give up 13 percent of
Yesha (Judah and Samaria), Hurricane George slams into
the United States Gulf Coast with 110 mph winds and
gusts up to 175 mph. The hurricane hits the coast and
stalled. On September 28, Clinton meets with Yasser
Arafat and Netanyahu at the White House to finalize
this land deal. Later, Arafat addresses the United
Nations about declaring an independent Palestinian
state by May 1999, as Hurricane George pounds the Gulf
Coast, causing $1 billion in damage. At the exact time
that Arafat departs the country, the storm begins to
dissipate.

6. October 15-22, 1998: Texas Flooded—On October 15,
1998, Arafat and Netanyahu meet at the Wye River
Plantation in Maryland. The talks are scheduled to
last five days with the focus on Israel giving up 13
percent of Yesha. The talks are extended and conclude
on October 23. On October 17, awesome rains and
tornadoes hit southern Texas. The San Antonio area is
deluged with rain. The rain and flooding in Texas
continue until October 22 and then subside. The floods
ravage 25 percent of Texas and leave over one billion
dollars in damage. On October 21, Clinton declares
this section of Texas a major disaster area.

7. November 30, 1998: Market Capitalization
Evaporates—Arafat comes to Washington again to meet
with President Clinton to raise money for a
Palestinian state with Jerusalem as the capital. A
total of 42 other nations were represented in
Washington. All the nations agreed to give Arafat $3
billion in aid. Clinton promised $400 million, and the
European nations $1.7 billion. On the same day, the
Dow Jones average drops 216 points, and on December 1,
the European Market had its third worst day in
history. Hundreds of billions of market capitalization
were wiped out in the U.S. and Europe.

8. December 12, 1998: Clinton is Impeached—As Clinton
lands in the Palestinian-controlled section of Israel
to discuss the “land for peace” process, the House of
Representatives votes four articles of impeachment
against him.

9. May 3, 1999: The Powerful Super Tornado—On the day
that Yasser Arafat is scheduled to declare a
Palestinian state with Jerusalem as the capital, the
most powerful tornado storm system ever to hit the
United States sweeps across Oklahoma and Kansas. The
winds are clocked at 316 mph the fastest wind speed
ever recorded. The declaration is postponed to
December 1999 at the request of President Clinton,
whose letter to Arafat encourages him in his
"aspirations for his own land." He also writes that
the Palestinians have a right to "determine their own
future on their own land" and that they deserve to
"live free, today, tomorrow and forever."

10. Week of October 11: Hurricane, Earthquake and Dow
Collapse—As Jewish settlers in 15 West Bank (Israel)
settlements are evicted from the covenant land in
Israel, the Dow-Jones financial averages lose 5.7
percent in the worst week since October 1989. On
October 15 the Dow lost 266 points, and a hurricane
slams into North Carolina. On the next morning,
October 16, a magnitude 7.1 earthquake rocks the
southwest in the fifth most powerful earthquake in
20th Century. The earthquake was centered in the
California desert and did little damage but was felt
in three states.

Located on Georgia Highway 77 between Hartwell and Elberton, these giant granite stones are often referred to as "America's Stonehenge", because of their similarity to the famous England landmark. While they have only been around for only a little over 20 years (officially unveiled March 1980), no one knows for sure who had them commissioned. A person who only identified himself as "R.C. Christian" (he admitted that this was not his real name) acted as liaison for the bank, granite shop and the "small group of Americans who seek an age of reason" who provided the money. The stones for the monument were quarried just outside of Elberton at the Pyramid Quarry. The site has been host to a myriad of activities: many "alternative" religions (such as witchcraft, druidism, etc) have used the site for ceremonies.

It has been said that it took 20 or more years to develop the exacting plans for the monument.
